Lawyer Timur Imankulov made an official statement regarding the activities of the leadership of the National Attestation Commission of Kyrgyzstan.
In his statement, he addressed his previous appeals to various state bodies and outlined new approaches to interaction.
In particular, he referred to the situation related to the decisions of the National Attestation Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic, which led to the deprivation of Imankulov's academic degree of Doctor of Law. Furthermore, he mentioned his subsequent complaints addressed to the new head of the National Attestation Commission, Bekbosun Borubashev, and to the Ministry of Science, Higher Education, and Innovations of Kyrgyzstan.
Imankulov noted that some formulations and the tone of his previous appeals could have been perceived as inappropriate. In this regard, he expressed regret for his sharpness and apologized, reaffirming his commitment to a respectful and constructive dialogue.
The lawyer also announced the withdrawal of all previously submitted complaints and appeals to the Ministry of Science and other state structures, particularly concerning the work of the chairman of the National Attestation Commission, Professor Bekbosun Ishenbekovich.
The statement emphasizes that this decision is aimed at concluding the discussion of the current situation and moving towards constructive cooperation within the professional and legal field.
