During his speech, Satyiev emphasized the importance of the Higher School of Justice in the country's judicial system, outlining the main tasks that lie ahead for the educational institution in the near future. He noted that this institution plays a key role in improving justice, developing the professional skills of judges, and strengthening their independence and ethical behavior.
Satyiev also highlighted that the complexity of legal relations, as well as the growth of digitalization and public demand for transparency, necessitate the introduction of new educational approaches and methods. In this regard, he pointed out the need to transform the Higher School of Justice into an intellectual center of the judicial system.
According to the Chairman of the Supreme Court, the appointment of Toktombetov, with his significant experience in the judicial and managerial fields, will help improve the work of the educational institution. He outlined important tasks for the new director, including enhancing the quality of education, implementing modern educational technologies, and creating a platform for the professional growth of judges and law enforcement officers.
