However, there are groups and individuals who use social networks and various web resources to gradually involve young people in extremist and terrorist ideologies.According to the GKNB, several cases of radicalization of teenagers through internet recruitment by members of terrorist organizations have been recorded in the past six months. Some of those detained were at the stage of preparing terrorist acts, studying instructions on how to create explosive devices, while others had already begun their production.

Such actions are classified in the Kyrgyz Republic as serious crimes and entail criminal liability.The GKNB also emphasizes that the process of involvement can occur unnoticed, through friendly communication and manipulation, ultimately leading teenagers to adopt radical views that justify violence and offenses. "This harms the minors themselves and jeopardizes their future," the agency added.
Parents are advised to be attentive to the following signs:
- excessive interest in video games;
- sharp changes in behavior, withdrawal;
- detachment from family and friends;
- expressed aggressive religious or radical views;
- secret communications with unfamiliar people online;
- interest in dubious internet resources and closed groups;
- aggressive behavior towards parents and relatives;
- justification of violence and offenses.
Delaying actions can lead to serious consequences for both the teenagers themselves and society as a whole.
