In Kyrgyzstan, there is an increase in offers from intermediaries who promise "guaranteed" success in obtaining a visa to the USA. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The ministry emphasizes that advance payments do not exist, and no one can guarantee the receipt of a visa to the USA. Payment for the visa should only be made after the interview, through the official link provided by the embassy in Bishkek.

As stated in the official clarifications, to apply for a tourist or business visa (category B1/B2), one must first undergo an interview with a U.S. consular officer. In the case of a positive decision, the applicant should fill out form I-352 and confirm their agreement to provide a financial guarantee through the official online platform Pay.gov,” the ministry's statement reports.

Additionally, the ministry clarified that the amount of the guarantee deposit is determined by the consular officer after the interview and can vary from $5,000 to $15,000. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in case of a change in immigration status or exceeding the length of stay in the USA.
