The center offers a wide range of rehabilitation services completely free of charge:
* medical rehabilitation, including physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise (TE), paraffin therapy, massage, and dental services (both treatment and prosthetics);
* medical-technical services, such as preparation for prosthetics and adaptation to prostheses;
* psychological support;
* social and labor rehabilitation, including training in sewing on sewing machines, beadwork, drawing, and computer literacy;
* socio-cultural activities that actively involve patients in their preparation.
To access these services, the following documents must be provided:
1. A referral from the Family Medicine Center, the General Practice Center, the Medical-Social Expert Commission, or the Republican Institution for Prosthetic and Orthopedic Products.
2. Passport.
3. A copy of the disability certificate from the MSEC.
4. A conclusion from a fluorography and results of a general blood and urine analysis.
5. An individual rehabilitation and habilitation program for the disabled (IRP).
Patients are accommodated in wards, provided with three meals a day, and have access to recreational areas, a television, board games, a library, and a computer class.
The length of stay at the center can range from 10 to 20 days. If prosthetics are needed, this period can be extended to 35 working days, depending on the complexity of the product and the adaptation period.
Individuals with group I disabilities who require assistance can be hospitalized along with accompanying persons, for whom beds and meals are also provided.
Additionally, upon discharge of patients from remote areas, funds for one-way travel by land transport (excluding taxis) are allocated once a year.
