It is worth reminding that earlier, due to military actions in Iran and attacks by Iranian forces on the UAE, some airports, including Dubai, suspended their operations. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan was negotiating with several countries in the Middle East, including Saudi Arabia and the UAE, to organize evacuation flights for Kyrgyz citizens. By the instruction of Sadyr Japarov, an agreement was reached with Oman to provide two charter flights to evacuate 300 Kyrgyz citizens, with priority given to women and children.
