More than 88% of Kyrgyzstanis believe that "things in the country are generally moving in the right direction today," - Center for Social Research

According to the results of a study conducted by the Kusein Isaev Center for Social Research (CIO) at BGU from December 25 to 29, 88% of citizens of Kyrgyzstan (or 9 out of 10 respondents) express the opinion that "the country is moving in the right direction."
Among the survey participants, 11% expressed an opinion contrary to this. As noted in the published report, "this result indicates a high level of public optimism and support for the current political course."

The main goal of this survey was to identify the social sentiments and expectations of Kyrgyz citizens in light of the end of 2025 and the approaching year 2026. The survey was conducted online based on the CIO panel and covered 1,039 respondents from 7 regions of the country and the capital, Bishkek.
