The renovation of the district House of Culture began during the pandemic, but to this day, the work has not been completed. Due to suspicions of the misappropriation of allocated funds, the activities of the company "At-Bashy Jashtary," which was carrying out the repairs, have been under investigation by the At-Bashy Department of Internal Affairs for two years.
According to the relevant authorities, investigative actions are ongoing, a construction examination has been appointed, and no measures can be taken until its results are obtained.
Every year, the workers of the House of Culture have been forced to relocate in search of warm premises for the winter. This year, without heating in the building, they installed electric heaters in their offices, but unfortunately, they are already worn out and cannot provide sufficient warmth.
Due to this situation, employees are forced to work in coats, jackets, hats, and scarves, as well as wear gloves. Additionally, there have been cases of illness among workers due to the cold working conditions.
