According to the agency's information, the number of cases increased by 28.8 percent compared to previous figures over the last week.
Among all the sick, 76.7 percent are children under 14 years old. Hospitalization affected 17.4 percent of the total number of cases, which amounts to about 2,700 cases. The incidence significantly exceeds the average republican indicators in Bishkek and Osh, as well as in the Batken, Chui, and Talas regions.
Since October 2025, influenza type A has primarily been circulating in the country, along with isolated cases of influenza B and COVID-19.
Among the viruses causing ARVI, adenoviruses, rhinoviruses, and parainfluenza are the most widespread.
