As part of the proposed changes, clear responsibilities will be defined for those who violate halal standards or improperly use the "halal" labeling.
The Ministry is also continuing its work to improve the halal certification system. Among the planned activities are the digitization of the certification issuance process, the creation of transparent control mechanisms for the production and labeling of products, as well as strengthening monitoring.
It should be noted that the new initiatives are aimed at strengthening consumer trust in halal products available in the Kyrgyz market and increasing transparency in this area.
