On the air of "Sputnik Kyrgyzstan," Lira Samykbaeva shared information about the digitization process in the educational sector.

She reported that digital technologies are actively being implemented in schools and educational institutions across the country. According to the Deputy Minister, all documents that were previously processed on paper, such as reports, student personal files, and journals, have been converted to electronic format.

Samykbaeva emphasized that a significant portion of the digitization work has been carried out by the teachers themselves.

She also noted that the modernization of server equipment and the purchase of powerful computers have ensured high bandwidth for users.

According to the Deputy Minister, the "E-Kündölük" platform is now considered one of the largest digital government systems. Currently, over 400,000 students and about 100,000 teachers are registered on it.

“There are about one and a half million children in the country, and we expect that a significant number of parents will use this platform daily,” she added.

Moreover, Samykbaeva noted that age is not a barrier to using digital tools. As an example, she mentioned an 82-year-old mathematics teacher from the Chui region who successfully uses the electronic diary and demonstrates her skills with the "E-Kündölük" system.
