President Sadyr Japarov, in an interview with IA "Kabar," announced significant upcoming reforms in the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) and emphasized that the fight against corruption and crime will continue without interruption.
He noted that while the special service is successfully handling its assigned tasks, it is necessary for state bodies to evolve in accordance with current threats and global changes.
“The world is changing rapidly, and our state institutions must also evolve and renew themselves,” Japarov added.
The head of state also emphasized that there will be no sheltering of those engaged in illegal activities in the country.
“The law has always been and will be fundamental. Public servants are not allowed to violate the law or act in their own interests,” he stated.
Japarov assured that efforts to combat corruption and crime will not cease.
“Work in this direction is ongoing around the clock. We must eradicate crime and corruption in our country,” the president emphasized, adding that all violators will be held accountable.
