The Speaker emphasized the importance of strategic partnership with the Russian Federation. “Our countries maintain a high level of political dialogue and strategic cooperation. We must continue to deepen these ties, relying on friendship and trust, including the active development of inter-parliamentary interaction,” he noted.
In addition, Mamataliyev announced his intention to make an official visit to Russia in the near future. According to him, this visit will contribute not only to inter-parliamentary dialogue but also to strengthening bilateral relations.
“I am confident that the upcoming meetings and negotiations will be successful, and the visit will serve as a catalyst for further cooperation,” he added.
The Speaker also raised the issue of creating favorable conditions for Kyrgyz labor migrants and their families in Russia, proposing a number of measures to improve the situation. An important point was the discussion of the legalization of vehicles with Russian license plates located in Kyrgyzstan.
“All issues can be resolved. As partners, we must openly discuss problems and seek solutions through dialogue,” emphasized Mamataliyev.
Sergey Vakunov congratulated the Speaker on his election as Chairman of the Jogorku Kenesh and wished him success in his new role. He also expressed his readiness to assist in organizing the upcoming visit of the Speaker to Russia and noted the importance of the proposals being discussed.
