As part of his visit to Russia, the Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh, Marlen Mamataliyev, led a parliamentary delegation that discussed access to education for migrants. On the first day of the visit, a meeting was held with Kyrgyz citizens in Moscow, as reported by the press service of the Jogorku Kenesh.

At the airport, the delegation was greeted by Anna Kuznetsova, the Deputy Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

The delegation included deputies such as Talant Mamytov, Gulnara Baatyrova, Gulya Kozhokulova, Gulnara Akimbaeva, Jumabek Salymbekov, Aigul Akhmedova, and Zhyldyz Egenberdieva. Also included were the First Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies Nursultan Kubanov and the Director of the State Institution "Kyrgyztest" Batma Topoeva-Stavinskaya.

The first item on the agenda was a visit to the "Maryina Roshcha" school named after V.F. Orlov, where the delegation familiarized itself with the testing system for migrant children. The deputies noted that the complexity of the tasks requires a review and simplification.

Mamataliyev emphasized the importance of making education accessible for compatriots' children abroad and the need to create fair testing conditions.

Batma Topoeva-Stavinskaya added that assessment procedures should not become an obstacle to obtaining education.

After that, the delegation met with the Kyrgyz diaspora at the Kyrgyzstan pavilion at VDNH, where Mamataliyev promised to take all the voiced issues under control.

Meetings with the Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin and the head of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko are also scheduled as part of the visit, as stated in the announcement.
