During the trip, the minister familiarized himself with the operations of the ShuiFa Group factory and corporation in Zhuhai, where he held a meeting with the deputy director of the corporation, Yang Bin, who is also a member of the Party Committee.

At the end of the negotiations, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Ministry of Energy of Kyrgyzstan and ShuiFa Group, aimed at developing energy infrastructure, including charging stations and energy storage systems.





Additionally, Taalaibek Ibraev met with Yulin Lian, the founder and CEO of NUCL New Energy Tech. During the discussion, the parties explored possible avenues for collaboration in establishing charging stations and implementing modern technologies.

The minister spoke about current projects for building charging stations in Kyrgyzstan, to which the representative of NUCL New Energy Tech expressed readiness for joint work with the Ministry of Energy.
The delegation also held talks with Zhejiang Anfu Energy, a company specializing in the production of charging stations for electric transport, discussing equipment supply opportunities and technology localization.
