According to him, recently anonymous rumors and false information about him have started to spread on the internet. Despite this, he noted that most people understand the true situation and do not succumb to provocations.

Chingiz Aydarbekov emphasized that his experience in public service exceeds 22 years, including his work as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Advisor to the President on foreign policy. He added that throughout all his years of service, there have been no negative assessments made against him by the state.

The deputy pointed out the prolonged process of obtaining his deputy mandate, explaining that he received 6,259 "clean" votes in the elections, which confirms the trust of the voters. However, he stated that the process of transferring the mandate has already lasted more than 19 days, which is an unprecedented case.

“According to the law, the mandate should be transferred within three days, as stated in the Constitution. But 19 days have already passed, and this has not happened in the history of independent Kyrgyzstan,” he noted.

Chingiz Aydarbekov also mentioned the pressure he is experiencing from some security service employees who threaten him, demanding that he "surrender the mandate," otherwise promising to take measures. At the same time, he noted that after recent changes in the State Committee for National Security (GKNB), the situation has begun to improve and many issues are being resolved legally.

He reported that he has provided the GKNB leadership with information about former employees who, in his opinion, abused their positions, and expressed hope for their accountability under the law.

In addition, Chingiz Aydarbekov denied accusations of smuggling, calling them "fake" and emphasizing the lack of evidence. He also clarified the situation regarding alleged visa violations, noting that such issues are always strictly monitored and could not go without consequences if they had occurred.

The deputy also touched on the topic of his real estate, stating that the apartment was purchased in 2016 using a loan of $50,000. He confirmed the existence of all documents, including contracts and declarations, and noted that the information regarding the illegality of the property acquisition is not true, as ownership is confirmed by a court decision.

Chingiz Aydarbekov added that since 2009 he has been regularly declaring his income, including credit obligations, and is ready to provide all necessary documents. He noted that since September 2022, he and his family have been under pressure, but inspections have revealed no violations.

In conclusion, the parliamentarian stated that he knows who is spreading false information against him and believes that the truth will be established. No official comments from government agencies regarding his statements have been received so far.

It is worth noting that Chingiz Aydarbekov previously held the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan and was a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh in the previous convocation.

He participated in the elections for the multi-mandate electoral district No. 21 in November 2025, where he received 6,259 votes.

The deputy is claiming the mandate that became vacant after the early resignation of Kuvanychbek Kongantiyev on March 10, 2026.
