The authors of the appeal point out that according to the master plan, this area is designated for buildings no higher than three stories, yet houses up to 12-14 stories are actually being constructed, posing an immediate threat to neighboring private homes.
The victims expressed concern about the oversight of construction and compliance with safety standards by the authorities.

On February 21, around 06:00, due to strong winds in the village of Kok-Zhar, at 10 Kuyukov Street, a temporary fence of a multi-story residential building under construction collapsed. This led to damage to the fences of neighboring residential buildings.Specialists from the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Ministry of Construction immediately went to the scene and took measures.
As a result of the inspection, a fine of 200,000 soms was imposed on the company OsOO Central Asia Invest, which is carrying out the construction. Work is also being conducted at the construction site to ensure technical safety and eliminate identified violations.
The company is required to restore the fences of the damaged houses within three days.
The Ministry of Construction emphasizes that constant monitoring of compliance with construction standards is being carried out and measures are taken in case of violations.
