"I Am the Colonel's Wife": A Road Conflict Occurred at the Checkpoint in Tash-Moynok

A verbal altercation escalated into a fight and a traffic accident

In the village of Tash-Moynok, located in the Chuy region, an incident occurred at a checkpoint related to a road conflict. Information about this appeared on social media from one of the participants in the event, she reported.
According to the woman, her sister was planning to pick up her three small children from her mother-in-law's house, located in a military unit where a checkpoint is permanently stationed, at 8:30 PM that same day. Usually, after document checks, passage is granted without problems, but this time everything turned out differently.
When her sister attempted to leave the checkpoint, a Lexus car approached her, driven by a middle-aged woman. Seeing this, her sister decided to yield and pulled to the edge of the checkpoint.
However, according to her, the woman got out of the car and, showing aggression, began to yell at her, claiming that she should have let her pass. The woman introduced herself as the wife of a colonel from the ground forces military unit.
Her sister tried to explain: "I couldn't roll down the window, so I opened the door and said, 'Sorry, I thought I would make it through while you were being checked.' I recognized her since we had crossed paths at weddings." To this, the aggressive driver responded, "Who are you for me to remember you? Get out of the car!" — and forcibly pulled her out onto the street.
The children inside the car began to panic, and her sister found herself in shock. She described the woman as large and strong, and herself as fragile. At that moment, she began to worry even more about the children.
The woman removed her scarf, grabbed her by the hair, and ordered the soldiers to hold her. Her sister could only think about her children, who continued to cry in the car.
Despite her sister's attempts to reach her children, the soldiers did not let her go. Eventually, when she finally managed to push them away and return to the car, her nervous state led her to accidentally hit the Lexus by pressing the gas too hard.
Trying to calm the children, she did not notice how the car began to move backward until it got stuck on a small cliff.
Although her sister wanted to get the children out, the soldiers grabbed her again, and she tried to convince them to let her go to take the children from the car.
At that moment, the woman, who introduced herself as the colonel's wife, ordered the soldiers not to let her sister go until her husband arrived. The soldiers simply stood by and watched the children's suffering as they continued to cry for help. Her sister pleaded with the soldiers to let her go, but they did not respond.
By the time the situation became critical, with the car starting to emit a burning smell, the woman was approached by her two friends, who began to attack her sister with insults.
According to her sister, she was in a terrible state along with the children, and ultimately the woman filed a complaint against her. Although she had a dashcam, the footage did not show how she attacked her sister, only that her car was hit.
Her sister is still experiencing stress, and the nephews could not sleep all night, which negatively affected their mental state. Fortunately, the children were not physically harmed. However, her sister raised the question of whether such behavior still exists in our country, where people use their positions to cover up. "Before God, we are all equal," she added.
