According to sources in the SCNS, some employees of the procurement department of this enterprise regularly demanded 10% of the total tender amount, creating artificial obstacles and delaying the payment process for completed work.
As a result of the operational investigative actions, an employee of the municipal enterprise, known by the initials "A.K.Sh.", was detained and is currently under arrest in the SCNS detention center.
Currently, actions are ongoing to legally assess the actions of the municipal officials and to identify other possible individuals involved.
