The lawyer explained that Sadykova filed complaints against the actions of the investigator of the First Mai District Police Department and the deputy prosecutor, pointing to possible illegal actions committed during the investigation.
According to the defense attorney, despite the submitted appeals, the complaints were redirected back to the same district authority for consideration, which raises concerns for the defense.
Abdumuminova also emphasized that Klara Sadykova has chronic illnesses that, according to the law, may serve as grounds for limiting detention.
Additionally, the lawyer noted that Sadykova had been repeatedly taken out of the detention center for investigative actions that, according to the defense, did not actually take place.
During the court proceedings, the defense discovered procedural documents, the signatures on which, according to Sadykova, do not belong to her. The lawyer submitted a petition for a handwriting examination, but it was rejected by the court.
There were also reports of pressure and threats during the investigation, as well as interference by officials after the case was transferred to court. All these facts, according to the lawyer, are documented in written statements, copies of which are with the defense.
Currently, the criminal case against Klara Sadykova is being considered in court, and a decision has not yet been made.
“We are compelled to appeal to the public and the government, as well as higher law enforcement agencies, for assistance in achieving justice and protecting the interests of my client, as we do not see any results from her appeals,” concluded the lawyer.
