Kyrgyz Denis Petrashov won silver at the Pro Swim Series stage in the USA

At the international swimming tournament Pro Swim Series taking place in Austin, Denis Petrashov, representing Kyrgyzstan, won a silver medal. The competition in the 100-meter breaststroke began on January 14, and in the preliminary heats, Petrashov recorded the second-fastest time, allowing him to confidently advance to the finals.

The final race took place this morning, where Denis finished in 59.55 seconds, earning him second place and a silver medal.

The first place was taken by American swimmer Van Matthias, who clocked a time of 59.45 seconds.

Additionally, as part of this stage of the Pro Swim Series, Petrashov also plans to compete in the 50 and 200 meters breaststroke, continuing his quest for medals on the international stage.
