China Baoli has signed a cooperation agreement aimed at implementing dry beneficiation technology at an iron ore mine in Mongolia.
China Baoli Technologies Holdings has signed a long-term strategic agreement with Top Skill Global to use its patented dry grinding and beneficiation technology at the mine in Mongolia, which has reserves exceeding 80 million tons. This agreement will be the first commercial implementation of DGDB technology in the mining sector and will serve as a demonstration project for further deployment at other mines.
Under the terms of the agreement, China Baoli will receive a license to process up to 1 million tons of iron ore per year and will become the exclusive sales agent for all produced iron ore fines, as well as supply key equipment and provide technical support. In turn, Top Skill will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and managing mining, processing, and operational processes, acting as a technological and marketing partner without direct operational risks.
China Baoli Technologies Holdings Limited is registered in Bermuda and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company specializes in dry grinding and mineral ore beneficiation technologies, as well as developing convergent media technologies. The DGDB technology developed by the company is focused on mining projects, allowing it to position itself as a technology provider for resource processing rather than a traditional mining operator.
