Jared Kushner, who is the son-in-law of U.S. President Donald Trump, presented his ideas for the reconstruction of Gaza after the conflict at the World Economic Forum in Davos, stating: "We have a master plan; there is no alternative plan." This information was reported by CNN.

Kushner's speech came immediately after the charter of Trump's Peace Council was signed, which is the next phase of the 20-point ceasefire agreement reached between Israel and Hamas in October. He, having played a key role in this agreement, expressed hope for the future but did not mention international stabilization forces, which were an important part of the original plan.

As part of the proposed plan, a zone for "coastal tourism" is planned along the Gaza coast, which could accommodate up to 180 skyscrapers, most of which will be used as hotels. The proposed map shows a port in the southwest of Gaza near the border with Egypt, as well as an area for an airport located near the port.

Kushner also presented two major urban development projects — "New Rafah" and "New Gaza." In "New Rafah," it is planned to build more than 100,000 housing units, as well as over 200 schools and more than 75 medical facilities. He expressed hope for the completion of construction within two to three years, noting that debris clearing work has already begun.

"New Gaza" will represent an industrial center aimed at achieving full employment for all. Computer visualizations depict a metropolis reminiscent of Gulf cities such as Doha and Dubai, with modern hotels and office buildings along the coast.

Kushner reported that the governments of the countries will start making initial investments, and the first announcements about the project will be made at a conference in Washington in the coming weeks. He also urged the business sector to become active, promising "wonderful investment opportunities."

Control over the demilitarization of Hamas will be entrusted to a new technocratic committee composed exclusively of appointed Palestinian members. Kushner warned that if Hamas does not carry out demilitarization, it will "prevent the residents of Gaza from realizing their dreams."

Information about the withdrawal of Israeli troops was mentioned only briefly in the presentation: "The demilitarization of Gaza will allow for the complete withdrawal of IDF troops beyond the security zone."

Rami Abdu, founder of the Palestinian group "Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor," shared on X that "Palestinians are facing a plan aimed at destroying their presence based on subjugation, enslavement, and control."

Ali Shaat, head of the new technocratic committee of Gaza, announced plans to open the Rafah crossing between Gaza and Egypt next week, stating that the enclave "is no longer closed to the future and peace."
