Russian companies continue to import Starlink terminals and components, which are reportedly used by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in the conflict with Ukraine. This information was published in an investigation by the Nordsint project.

The authors of the investigation claim that the supply of Starlink equipment to Russia is carried out through a parallel import system. To activate the terminals, accounts registered in third countries, including European countries, are used, which helps to circumvent existing restrictions.

Emaross noted that at the time of working with Polarstar Logistics, it "acted as an active logistics agent in the UAE infrastructure," but then the company tightened control over suppliers. The discrepancy in HS codes at Emaross was explained as a "technical administrative error" on the part of the freight forwarder, who allegedly used an outdated document template for auto components.
