Experts note that in Kyrgyzstan, the sale of nasvay is not prohibited by law, making it accessible to a wide audience. This product is often presented in compact packaging, does not have a strong smell like tobacco, and is therefore perceived as less dangerous, which attracts young people.
Moreover, the production of nasvay is not regulated, and its composition includes harmful substances that can seriously threaten health.
The effects of nasvay on the body:
- CNS: increased irritability, distractibility, depression, memory deterioration, and frequent headaches.
- Oral cavity: unpleasant odor, burning and pain in the gums, tooth decay, formation of ulcers and sores.
- Cardiovascular system: narrowing of blood vessels, lack of oxygen and nutrients, heart rhythm disturbances.
- Gastrointestinal tract: intoxication, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pains, gastritis, and ulcers.
- Reproductive system: decreased production and activity of sex hormones.
- Development of children and adolescents: risk of delays and disorders in physical, intellectual, and psychological growth.
According to oncologists, "up to 80% of cases of cancer of the tongue, lips, oral cavity, and larynx are associated with the use of nasvay," the message emphasizes.
