At a recent meeting between the president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Temir Sariev, and representatives of the textile industry, important aspects of the further development of this sector were discussed. As a result of the discussion, a decision was made to create an expert group that will operate under the auspices of the Chamber and will include both businessmen and specialists from relevant associations.
The main task of the new group will be to develop practical and regulatory proposals aimed at streamlining the operations of the textile sector.
The priority areas of the group's work include: creating a registry of reliable entrepreneurs in the textile industry; developing a strategy for gradually bringing small textile productions out of the shadow economy; forming a fair scheme for distributing loans to enterprises in this sector; organizing advanced training courses for employees of textile enterprises, as well as preparing proposals to create favorable conditions for the growth and modernization of the industry.
Temir Sariev emphasized that the Chamber of Commerce and Industry is ready to become a platform for dialogue between business and government structures, as well as actively support the creation of a transparent, competitive, and export-oriented textile industry.
