- Entrepreneurs from EAEU countries will soon be able to receive financial assistance for cooperative projects in the agro-industrial complex, as reported by Naira Karapetyan, director of the Agro-Industrial Policy Department of the EEC.

At the end of 2025, the governments of EAEU countries approved the corresponding directive.

This initiative will allow companies to find new partners and expand markets for agricultural products.

According to Karapetyan, support will be provided in four key areas:

The head of the EEC Department noted that the main conditions for the participation of organizations from three EAEU member states have already been established, with the subsidy period lasting up to 5 years.

According to information from the EEC, to initiate a project, one of the following conditions must be met:

creation of added value
increase in export potential
provision of technology transfer
innovative development
growth of mutual supplies and investments
creation of joint ventures

With the swift completion of internal procedures, this mechanism will be launched in the EAEU as early as next year.

Earlier, Kaniyet Nasirdinov, head of the integration development sector of the EAEU Coordination Management of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic, reported on the possible emergence of a support mechanism for cooperative projects in the agro-industrial complex by the end of the year.

Kyrgyzstan proposed to expand this support mechanism to projects in the agro-industrial complex.

It is expected that this measure will help stimulate import substitution, develop the processing of agricultural products, and enhance the export potential of the Union countries, including the Kyrgyz Republic.
