The key topic of this event was an introduction to the information systems used by Rosselkhoznadzor in the field of veterinary and phytosanitary control.
The purpose of the visit was to study Russian practices in the area of digitalization of state control, as well as to develop bilateral cooperation between the relevant agencies of the two countries.
During the meeting, emphasis was placed on the federal state information system "VetIS" and the methods of electronic processing of veterinary and phytosanitary certificates.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture, Kyrgyz specialists intend to study the use of electronic formats for phytosanitary documents and the organization of a unified information environment for veterinary control.
