A working meeting took place in Moscow, attended by representatives of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and the Processing Industry of Kyrgyzstan, as well as specialists from the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance of Russia. The delegation from Kyrgyzstan, led by Deputy Minister Asel Kenenbaeva, had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the work of the Russian side, headed by Deputy Head of Rosselkhoznadzor Konstantin Savenkov.

The main goal of the meeting was to study the information systems used by Rosselkhoznadzor for veterinary and phytosanitary control. This visit was a step towards learning from the Russian experience in the digitalization of state control and deepening cooperation between the two countries.

Kyrgyz representatives expressed interest in studying the existing information systems of Rosselkhoznadzor, which will assist them in developing and implementing their own digital solutions. Special attention was given to the federal state information system "VetIS" and the practice of electronic registration of veterinary and phytosanitary certificates.

Konstantin Savenkov provided detailed information about modern digital technologies, including the use of artificial intelligence, as well as the principles of operation of information systems in the field of veterinary supervision.

It is planned to continue practical familiarization with Russian experience through field events. Over two days, veterinary specialists from Kyrgyzstan will visit the Federal State Budgetary Institution "VNIIZH" in Vladimir, where they will be introduced to the work of the Federal State Information System "VetIS" and its components that form a unified information environment for veterinary control.

Phytosanitary specialists will also learn about the practice of using digital solutions and the electronic registration of phytosanitary documents at the Federal State Budgetary Institution "VGNKI" in Bykovo.

The knowledge and practical experience gained during the visit are planned to be used for the further development of the veterinary and phytosanitary control system in Kyrgyzstan, as well as for expanding cooperation with Russia in the field of digitalization of the agro-industrial sector.
