The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic has launched an information campaign that will last for a week, focusing on automated information systems. As part of this initiative, information was provided about 35 operational information systems, of which 22 are already functioning successfully, while 10 are under development.

One of the key projects is the automated system "Sanarip VET," used by the Veterinary, Livestock, Pasture, and Feed Service. This system is designed to monitor the movement of animal products and ensures data exchange between the central office of the service, its regional divisions, and veterinary control points at the border.

"Sanarip VET" is integrated with the state systems "Tündük" and the Unified Identification System (UIS) of the state enterprise "Infocom," allowing for the confirmation of electronic documents using an electronic digital signature.

Currently, the system is actively used:

— at border veterinary points and territorial administrations;

— by inspectors and specialists in their daily activities;

— for the mandatory registration of all animals and animal products entering the territory of Kyrgyzstan;

— for the issuance of veterinary documents, including certificates and veterinary inspection reports, in electronic format.

Previously, all veterinary documents were issued only in paper form, but now electronic issuance is available, including:

* 4 categories of veterinary certificates operating within the EAEU;

* 49 types of veterinary certificates for goods imported from third countries.

The main task of the "Sanarip VET" system is to optimize the processes of identification and control of products under veterinary supervision, combat counterfeit products, and improve the food security of the country's population.
