On January 21, 2026, during a plenary session of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Bolot Syghynaev expressed concern about the serious lack of jobs in rural areas.

In his opinion, people, finding themselves in a hopeless situation, are forced to seek work in the fields, where working conditions and income levels remain extremely low.

“Despite promises to create all necessary conditions for farmers to preserve their harvest, construction of refrigerators in each district has not yet begun. Farmers do not know how to sell their harvest and where to store it,” the deputy noted.

In addition, Bolot Syghynaev appealed to the government for the construction of state mortgage houses in rural areas, as the issue of housing shortages in villages is particularly acute. He believes that affordable housing could help retain young people in the regions and reduce migration flows to cities.

The deputy also addressed the issue of gasification in the city of Karakol, located in the Issyk-Kul region. He emphasized that Karakol is an important tourist center, welcoming guests year-round, and the lack of stable gas supply negatively affects infrastructure development, residents' comfort, and the city's attractiveness to tourists.
