During the meeting, the deputies discussed the report on the work done in the previous year and emphasized the importance of protecting the rights of Kyrgyz citizens in Azerbaijan and Georgia. They also expressed the need to expand political, trade-economic, and cultural-humanitarian ties between the countries.
Maksat Mamytkanov noted that Bishkek and Baku are in the process of activating the Azerbaijan-Kyrgyz Development Fund.
In addition, Deputy Cholpon Esenamanova raised the issue concerning truck drivers who complain about unfounded claims during transit through the territory of Azerbaijan and called on the ambassador to pay attention to this matter.
As a result of the discussion, the information provided by the ambassador was taken into account.
