The Minister of Defense of Kuwait noted that cooperation between the two countries has been actively developing in all areas over the past three years and expressed support for the proposed initiatives. He confirmed his readiness to further strengthen defense relations and cooperation at a higher level.

The Minister also noted that Kuwait will pay attention to the participation of its armed forces in the Khaan Quest exercises and requested more detailed information about these events.

Khaan Quest (Хааны эрэлд) is an annual international military exercise organized by Mongolia in conjunction with the Indo-Pacific Command of the United States. The exercises aim to maintain peace and security in the region, as well as to prepare peacekeepers for UN operations, bringing together forces from different countries to enhance trust, operational compatibility, and experience sharing in challenging conditions at the "Five Hills" training ground near Ulaanbaatar. Since its inception in 2003 as a bilateral event, the exercises have transformed into an important global platform for preparing peacekeepers.

Since its establishment in 2003, the exercises have been held at the "Five Hills" training ground, and they gained international status only in 2006 when the Armed Forces of Mongolia and the Indo-Pacific Command of the United States began to participate. Typically, the exercises are opened at a ceremony led by the President of Mongolia and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the country.
