The most significant contribution to the growth of production came from the manufacturing of food products, with a volume of 74.5 billion soms, which is 15.2% more than the previous year. The physical volume index in this category was 123.8%.

In the production of meat products there is a noticeable growth: from January to December, goods worth 12.1 billion soms were produced, and the physical volume index reached 107.5%. In December, this growth intensified even more, reaching 142.7%.

However, a decline was noted in several segments. For example, processing and canning of fish, crustaceans, and mollusks showed a decrease: the physical volume index for the year was only 70.3%, while in 2024 it was at 114.3%.

The production of vegetable and animal oils increased to 624.3 million soms, with a physical volume index of 107.8%.
