Previously, this position was held by A.B., who was detained by the GKNB in August 2025.
According to the state committee, on July 22, during a familiarization trip, the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and head of the GKNB, Kamchybek Tashiev, met with the head of the D. Sadyrbaev rural administration, A.B.
In response to questions about possible corruption in the land sector, A.B. stated that he is "not involved" and "is ready to take responsibility" if violations are found.
According to the GKNB, during inspections and operational-search activities, facts of corruption related to the activities of A.B. were discovered, who previously worked as a deputy and then as the head of the Dostuk rural administration (2019–2024). It was revealed that A.B., as the chairman of the permanent housing commission, sold municipal land plots at undervalued prices to affiliated persons through fictitious auctions.
As a result of the initiated criminal case under Article 336 "Corruption," A.B. was detained and placed in the GKNB pre-trial detention center. His connections with high-ranking individuals involved in corruption schemes, who are also under investigation, have been established.
