He emphasized that any new construction, whether it be a school, kindergarten, or another facility, is invariably linked to the tendering process.
“People are so tired of the word ‘tender’ that the president has instructed to address the issues related to prolonged tenders. He is aimed at a radical solution and a rejection of the term ‘tender,’” the speaker added.
Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu also pointed out that in the past, the name of this procedure has been changed several times, but the change of term did not lead to a change in the essence of the process.
“Everything should be carried out without a tender, including construction,” he concluded.
