According to her, starting this year, the results of the ORT can be used not only for admission to higher educational institutions but also for enrollment in vocational lyceums and colleges, both on a budgetary and contractual basis for 11th-grade graduates.
Batrakeeva noted that the registration process has also changed. Since 2021, registration in Kyrgyzstan has been conducted in an online format. Previously, a login and password from schools or teachers were required, and graduates from previous years had to contact the district education department (райОН) or city education department (горОН) at their place of residence. This year, a new platform, www.testing.kg, was created, where current graduates and vocational lyceum students can register through "E-Kündölük".
Additionally, graduates from previous years who previously contacted the райОН can now authorize themselves through "Tündük" on the ЦООМО online platform," she added.
However, the option to register at the райОН, as was done before, is still available.
Regarding the cost, the director of ЦООМО reported that the price of the main test and subject tests remains at 470 soms each. Changes only affected the testing in the state language, which is mandatory. This year, its cost increased from 200 soms to 470 soms.
For successful registration, applicants need to:
- Provide the original passport;
- Upload a color photo that meets the established requirements;
- Pay the registration fee for the ORT using a single QR code;
- Graduates from previous years must have their certificate or diploma of secondary education with them.
