Talieva noted that there had previously been a suggestion to bring this issue to a nationwide discussion. She believes that such an initiative could lead to more worthy options emerging from the population.
The deputy urged the Ministry of Culture to be more active in collecting and selecting proposals. In her opinion, the fact that a suitable option was not found among 900 ideas highlights the need for a deeper and more thorough approach to the work.
She stressed the importance of this issue and the necessity of a responsible attitude towards it. Talieva pointed out that the parliament is faced with making a serious decision, and the deputies in the relevant committee need to actively participate in this process.
Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu added that both individual citizens and creative teams can participate in developing new options. He also noted that if worthy proposals are not presented by June 1, the deadlines could be extended, for example, until September.
Turgunbek uulu emphasized that this issue cannot be approached formally, as it concerns an important decision that will be made by the parliament.
