He emphasized that the previous school building had served the local residents for 50 years. A total of 152 million soms was allocated from the republican budget for the construction of the new educational institution. Now, students have access to a new building with 275 seats, equipped with modern classrooms, a library, a cafeteria, and all necessary facilities.
“Our main value is an educated nation. In the modern world, knowledge is more important than power. We strive to create all conditions for a high level of education and upbringing of our citizens, following global trends and on the path to sustainable development in the education sector,” noted Kasymaliev.
He also mentioned that one of the main tasks set before the government by the President of Kyrgyzstan is to improve the quality of education and create the necessary conditions for it. “The state is actively caring for children by building and opening new modern schools,” he added, pointing out that in 2025, 16 new educational institution buildings were put into operation in the Osh region.
In his speech, Kasymaliev noted that the country's progress is impossible without quality education, and for this, the state is creating appropriate conditions, including increasing teachers' salaries starting this April.
“Today, budgetary capabilities allow for salary increases for teachers, doctors, and cultural workers. In recent years, this is already the second salary increase for education workers. New schools and labor payment reforms must go hand in hand with high-quality education,” concluded Adylbek Kasymaliev.
