According to information posted on the official Polymarket website, users who placed bets on a supposed American invasion of Venezuela will not receive their winnings.

The company explained that U.S. President Donald Trump's words about America "taking charge" of Venezuela are not sufficient grounds to qualify the situation as an invasion, especially considering that negotiations are ongoing with the Venezuelan government.

Payments will only be made if the U.S. initiates a power takeover operation in Venezuela.

It was previously reported that one anonymous trader managed to earn over $400,000 by betting on the overthrow of Nicolás Maduro. However, it is unlikely that he will be able to collect this winnings.
