In Bishkek, the 70th anniversary of the scientist Abdyladжан Akmataliyev was celebrated

On January 16, a significant event took place in Bishkek dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the renowned literary scholar, critic, and poet, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor, and Honored Figure of Kyrgyzstan Abdyladjan Akmataliev.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Culture, the celebration was attended by State Secretary Arslan Koichiev, Deputy Prime Minister Edil Baisalov, First Deputy Minister of Culture, Information and Youth Policy Soyuzbek Nadyrbekov, as well as representatives from public and political circles, scholars, and cultural figures.

As part of the anniversary event, a documentary film titled "Rukh zhügu" ("Burden of the Spirit") was presented, created by the National Film Studio "Kyrgyzfilm," which highlights the life path and scientific achievements of Abdyladjan Akmataliev.

Participants of the celebration emphasized the significance of the scholar's contribution to the development of Kyrgyz literary studies. His scientific research, critical materials, and poetic works have had a profound impact on the formation of national humanities.

Abdyladjan Amanturovich Akmataliev is the author of about 40 monographs and books, as well as hundreds of scientific articles. Under his guidance, many doctors and candidates of sciences have been trained, significantly contributing to the development of Kyrgyz science. The scholar holds a Doctor of Philological Sciences degree, the title of Professor, is an academician, a recipient of the "Dank" medal and the "Manas" Order of the III degree, and has been honored with the titles of honorary professor at several higher educational institutions.
