A quarrel between Tumonbaev and Imanakun uulu occurred on February 3 during a meeting of the committee of the Jogorku Kenesh, which deals with industrial policy, transport, the energy sector, architecture, and construction. The deputy noted that the deputy minister claims that only a small number of workers receive high salaries, while the minister himself asserts on social media that all employees earn at least 500,000 soms monthly.

According to Tumonbaev, the Ministry of Construction boasts about the construction of 680 facilities and claims that previously only two or three were built; however, in his opinion, "there was no funding for construction at that time." The deputy also emphasized that many facilities remain idle and cited trips to the villages of Korumdu and Ichke-Suu, where water supply issues have not been resolved even after so much time.

The deputy asked how much time has passed since the construction of the Issyk-Kul regional hospital in Karakol began, to which the deputy minister noted that construction will start in the spring, as last year the facility came under the control of the Ministry.

Tumonbaev: - And what has been done during this time?

Imanakun uulu: - We plan to build a large hospital. Local authorities have undergone transformation, and funds for construction have only been allocated this year.

Tumonbaev: - Then why don’t you talk about the need for funding?

Imanakun uulu: - We just included it in the budget.

Tumonbaev: - In any case, the information must be accurate. You won't scare us with Nurdin Kemelovich!

Imanakun uulu: - Akylbek Toguzbaevich, tell the truth. People are watching the meeting online and might think that we are doing nothing. I am ready to justify everything related to construction. Last year, 39 facilities were built in Issyk-Kul. Is that bad? Construction requires consideration of various factors, such as earthquakes. If something collapses tomorrow, who will be responsible?

Tumonbaev: - But there are facilities that have not been completed for ten years.

Imanakun uulu: - If you show me such facilities, I will apologize to you.

Tumonbaev: - In Korumdu, people drink dirty water, which leads to illnesses in children. I can take you there and show you.

Imanakun uulu: - Agreed, let’s go together.
