Leaders of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan discussed political transformations
At the request of the Kazakh side, a telephone conversation took place between the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov and his colleague from Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

According to the press service of the President of Kyrgyzstan, the discussion focused on several important aspects of bilateral cooperation, including the implementation of previously reached agreements in areas such as trade, transport, industrial cooperation, energy, and water resource management.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev also informed Sadyr Japarov about the current constitutional reform in Kazakhstan, aimed at creating a stable foundation for the country's future development. In response, the President of Kyrgyzstan expressed his support for such large-scale transformations, including the initiative to create a unicameral parliament, and wished success in the upcoming nationwide referendum.

The leaders of both countries emphasized the need to address emerging issues in an atmosphere of trust and brotherhood, which they believe contributes to the stable development of bilateral relations.

Additionally, the presidents discussed relevant domestic reforms, regional and international agenda issues, and outlined a plan for joint activities in a multilateral format.
