The leader of the Batkivshchyna faction confirmed that searches were conducted at the party's office and denied all accusations against her. Tymoshenko stated that the searches lasted all night, resulting in the seizure of "work phones, parliamentary documents, and personal savings." She characterized the case as a "political order."

Earlier, Ukraine's anti-corruption agencies announced the start of an investigation against the head of one of the parliamentary factions under the article "Offering, promising, or providing unlawful benefits to an official" of the Criminal Code. This crime is punishable by imprisonment for a term of five to ten years.

It should be noted that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) together with the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office are conducting searches as part of a case regarding the receipt of unlawful benefits for voting results in the Verkhovna Rada.

NABU is also investigating corruption schemes involving high-ranking officials, particularly concerning the state concern "Energoatom." The investigation suggests that this scheme was organized by businessman Timur Mindich, who is accused of extorting "kickbacks" for contracts and using close ties with the head of state.

On November 28, 2025, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree on the resignation of the head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak.
