According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred after neighbors complained about a woman who had many dogs. Strangers arrived at her property, not introducing themselves and lacking any documents or court orders. They climbed over the fence of the private house and began shooting on private property, witnesses claim.
The press service of the "Tazalyk" enterprise denied the accusations, stating that the shooting did not occur on the territory of a private home.
Representatives of the Lenin District Internal Affairs Department commented on the situation, noting that the actions were carried out to ensure sanitary safety. According to them, all activities were based on the appropriate permits and conducted in accordance with current legislation.
As clarified by the Internal Affairs Department, residents of the village of Novopavlovka had repeatedly complained about the accumulation of dogs and cats in one of the residential houses, which caused problems with sanitation and disturbances. Despite warnings, the owner did not take the necessary measures.
“A person who identified himself as a representative of an animal protection fund also came to the scene and promised to remove the dogs and clean the area within a week. A corresponding act was drawn up,” the press service of the district police department added.
Nevertheless, the video sparked a furious reaction on social media.

Journalist 24.kg contacted Irina Krasnova, the owner of the house. She confirmed that two dogs were shot right in the yard, and several were injured. She has a report from a veterinary clinic confirming that the cause of the dogs' deaths was gunshot wounds.
