According to the agency, on February 16 of this year, as part of operational activities named "Bandit" and "Theft," employees of the drug enforcement service of the Toktogul district internal affairs department conducted raids aimed at combating crime in the region.
During these activities, a vehicle of the "VAZ" brand was stopped for inspection on the Bishkek–Osh highway.
Upon inspecting the car's interior, a package containing a substance in white cellophane with a characteristic smell, weighing 272 grams, was discovered. A forensic chemical examination has been appointed for this substance.
Materials related to this case were registered in the Unified Register of Crimes by the investigative service of the Toktogul district internal affairs department in accordance with Article 283 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (illegal production of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs without the intention to sell), and a criminal case has been initiated.
As a result of investigative actions, the suspects were detained: A. A., born in 1992, K. Zh., born in 1992, R. S., born in 1992, and A. uulu K., born in 1991. By the decision of the Toktogul district court, they have been placed in custody for two months.
Currently, investigative actions are ongoing.
