Immorality. The police shut down private youth parties in Bishkek

In Bishkek, organizers of closed youth parties were punished for distributing pornographic materials

In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, an organization that held private parties for youth has been shut down. This became known from reports received from representatives of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate (GUVD).

In order to protect moral and spiritual values, as well as to prevent negative influences on youth, law enforcement agencies regularly conduct activities aimed at prevention and operational investigation.

On January 6, the police received information that closed parties were being organized in Bishkek, the results of which were then published on social media and messengers.

This fact was recorded in the automated information system of the GUVD.

During the inspection, it was found that the parties were held in a closed format and organized according to a pre-developed plan, with the location of the events constantly changing, as the rental of venues was arranged in advance.

Law enforcement agencies detained five individuals: T.I. (born in 2002), I.A. (born in 1996), O.G. (born in 2001), R.D. (born in 1999), and J.A. (born in 2001). Administrative protocols were drawn up against them under Article 109 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning "Distribution of pornographic materials." Each of the detainees was fined 10,000 soms. The party's activities were terminated.

The GUVD also urged citizens to comply with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic and norms of public morality, emphasizing the responsibility for the distribution of pornographic materials.
