A case of shawarma poisoning has been registered in Bishkek, resulting in 17 people seeking medical assistance. This information was provided by the Ministry of Health.
All the victims were taken to the Republican Infectious Clinical Hospital with symptoms of food poisoning. Among them are minors. Four people have already been transferred to outpatient treatment, while 13 remain hospitalized. Their condition is assessed as stable, tests have already been taken, and treatment is ongoing," the agency noted.
Preliminary data indicate that the victims purchased shawarma at the fast food establishment Daamduu.
