In the Panfilov district, a raid was conducted organized by the Chui Regional Department of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic, during which cases of illegal hunting of wild animals were discovered.
During the inspection, it was established that several citizens, having violated hunting regulations, illegally shot three pheasants. The press service of the department reports that the offenders were detained at the scene of the incident.
In connection with this incident, two administrative protocols were drawn up in accordance with Article 261 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on Administrative Responsibility. As a result, the offenders were fined 20,000 soms.
Additionally, to compensate for the damage caused to wildlife, they were sued for 15,000 soms for the three illegally shot individuals.
The Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic emphasizes that illegal hunting causes serious harm to the ecosystem and violates the rules for the use of biological resources. The department urges citizens to comply with environmental protection and hunting laws and announces its intention to continue similar raid activities.
