On January 23, mobile schools on constitutionalism were held in the city of Osh, attended by the Chairman of the Constitutional Court Emil Oskonbaev, judges Chinara Aydarbekova and Meergul Bobukejeva.

These educational events were aimed at two professional groups. The first school took place at Osh State University, where faculty members from the law departments of OshSU and Jalal-Abad State University gathered.

The second school was organized at the Osh Regional Court and was intended for judges of the Osh and Jalal-Abad regional courts, as well as district courts in these regions.

During the discussions, experts examined the significance of constitutionalism for the formation of a rule of law state, the role of the Constitutional Court in the state system, as well as the practical application of acts of the Constitutional Court and the principles of constitutional law in judicial practice.

Oskonbaev, speaking to those present, emphasized that a constant professional dialogue is necessary for the development of constitutionalism. He also noted that the mobile training format helps to adapt constitutional justice to the needs of the regions and take into account the requirements of the judicial and academic environment.

The format of the schools provided for open discussion, and at the end of the events, participants received certificates.

The Constitutional Court noted that such educational initiatives are part of a systematic effort aimed at strengthening constitutional values, enhancing legal culture, and creating a unified understanding of constitutional principles in law enforcement practice.
